Melanie and Alan eloped this winter and wanted to adventure out to Snoqualmie Pass for some spring time wedding photos. I was so thrilled when Melanie told me they were hoping to have their pictures taken someplace a little more remote!
We had "Stump Lake" in mind as a destination, but with all the rain and snowfall we had this year, the water levels were a bit too high and the stumps were all hiding below the surface. We took a few wrong turns and did quite a bit of wandering, but fortunately the scenery is just so beautiful anywhere you go in the cascades that we had no problem finding a ton of gorgeous backdrops.
